When doing a home search, many young couples and families with small kids start scouting around for a neighborhood where they can best raise the children.
Many considerations come into play when choosing a neighborhood, to name a few: proximity to good schools, safety, security, cleanliness, prestige, availability of child-friendly facilities, availability of places for after-school care, accessibility to parks and playgrounds,good neighbors, accessibility to good hospitals or clinics, proximity or availability of after-school, extra-curricular activities.

I use the Wikipedian definition of “neighborhood”: a geographically localised community within a larger city, town or suburb. So do cite the village, subdivision, or condo community in that city (e.g. within Makati, Fort, Alabang, Pasig) that ranks as your top choice.
